Assault
Assault is forcing someone to commit or undergo a lewd act. It often comes down to unwanted touching or having one's genitals touched. Kissing under duress also falls under sexual assault. The big difference with rape is that a rape is an intrusion of the body and not an assault. Sole kissing under coercion is no longer rape, but can be a lewd act. Assault is punishable in art. 246 of the Penal Code. The legal text can be found below:
Article 246
Any person who, by force or other fact or threat of force or other fact, compels a person to commit or tolerate acts of fornication shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding eight years or a fifth category fine, as a guilty of actual assault on honour.
