Vacancy of legal secretary/secretary
Are you looking for us?
We:
- work from offices in Amsterdam, Groningen, Utrecht and at Schiphol Airport;
- have an informal and accessible working atmosphere and are formal when necessary;
- are 4 secretarial staff and 14 criminal lawyers;
- have drinks at the office, in the office garden or on the office boat;
- offer good working conditions;
For our Amsterdam office we are looking for
In the short term an employee for the secretariat for at least 3 days a week (possibly flexible between 3 and 5 days).
Your duties will include at least:
- Reception and answering phone and e-mail
- Reception of clients and other visitors
- Mail processing
- Create and maintain client files (we work with Basenet)
- Administrative work
- Grocery shopping/ordering
- Provide lunch
- Declaring invoices and requesting and claiming additions
What do we expect from you?
You have experience, preferably with a law firm. You are presentable, stress resistant and eager to learn. You have an eye for your surroundings, have a heart for the case and observe strict confidentiality. Experience with applying for and declaring additions at the Legal Aid Board is recommended.
