Mr. T.W.A. (Tom) Coulier received his master's degree in criminal law from the University of Amsterdam.

During his studies, he spent considerable time as an intern at various criminal law firms in Amsterdam, where he experienced a wide range of criminal cases up close at an early age. He has been with Meijers Canatan Advocaten since 2022, first as a legal assistant and since 2024 as a lawyer.

Since being sworn in, Mr. Coulier has been fully active in the (community) criminal law practice, assisting clients in a variety of criminal cases. Among other things, he handles cases involving violence (from simple assault to life crimes), money laundering and criminal organizations. He has a particular affinity for aviation-related cases.

Because Mr. Coulier works at the Amsterdam office, he falls under the supervision of the Amsterdam Bar Association
