Lawyers (office) wanted

Meijers Canatan Advocaten has office space available for one or two (possibly more) lawyers to conduct their own practice.
It concerns two rooms in our wing on the garden side of our office at Herengracht 478. The wing further consists of our meeting room and a hall with (a lot of) closet space. The (common) use of this is part of our offer. The wing itself covers approximately 80 m2.
Herengracht 478 is a business collection building. The building is located in the Golden Bend, has a stately appearance with a beautiful entrance and a beautifully landscaped communal canal garden. Our office is located on the second floor. Pantries and toilets are shared.
In consultation you can use various facilities of our office such as the scanner/copier, internet, ICT, etc.
In principle, it does not matter which jurisdiction you practise and it is also possible to operate entirely under your own office name. If you practise a jurisdiction other than criminal law, you can expect referrals from us if necessary.
Criminal lawyers would also be allowed to practice under our flag. In principle, you would then benefit from most of our office's facilities (including printing, marketing, invoicing, internal consultation, etc.).
