Theft

Theft (stealing) is the taking away of someone else's belongings without having permission to do so and for the purpose of appropriating them. Theft is punishable by Article 310 of the Penal Code. You will find the legal text below:

 

Article 310
He who takes away any property belonging in whole or in part to another, with the intention of misappropriating it, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding four years or a fourth-category fine as guilty of theft.
