After his study of law, specialising in criminal law and criminology, P.C. Tuinenburg went to work for the Fraud Division of a major insurance firm.  One year later he switched to the legal profession specialising in criminal defense law. He has been working at Meijers Canatan Lawyers from June 2008.

He deals with general criminal law, fraud and criminal organisations and has acted as defense counsel in high profile cases.
